Shipping & Returns

TO SEND
Orders placed on workdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped within 1-2 business days with Postnl. The shipping costs depend on the weight and differ per country. The costs are calculated at checkout. As soon as the package has been sent you will receive an email with a track and trace code. Due to the fragility of our items, they are packed very carefully. To save the environment, we send our items in used boxes as much as possible. 

RETURNS
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including the shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Natuur Kabinet with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To make use of your right of withdrawal, please contact us via info@natuurkabinet.nl. Your refund will be processed as soon as the product arrives at Natuur Kabinet. This amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.  

If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via info@natuurkabinet.nl with photos so that we can come to a solution.

Exceptions:
- Custom made items cannot be returned. 
- Returned but damaged products due to faulty return packaging are not eligible for a credit.

Orders above €100,- are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
